Over 30 years of sitework. Now focused on clearing land right.

Who we are

Northline Forestry Group grew out of a long career moving dirt and building sites. We spent more than 30 years in the sitework industry, and the last 7 of those doing turnkey civil site development for commercial and industrial clients: clearing, grading, erosion control, utilities and everything it takes to get a site ready to build.

We started Northline to focus on the part of that work landowners ask for most: clearing ground cleanly and carefully. Forestry mulching lets us open up land with one machine, without burn piles or torn-up soil, and our site development background means we clear with the next step in mind.

How we work

We are owner-operated. The people who quote your job are the people who show up and run the machine, so what we talk about on the phone is what happens on your land. We give straight answers, put the scope in writing and walk the finished job with you.

We run a tracked skid steer with a forestry mulching head. It is light on the ground, fits through gates and between trees, and handles everything from thick underbrush to standing trees. When a project needs more, like grubbing a house pad, light grading, hauling or permitted burning, we handle that too.

What our background means for you

• We understand grades, drainage and erosion on Georgia clay.
• We know what builders, graders and utility crews need after clearing.
• We are comfortable with site plans, limits of disturbance and permit conditions.
• We respect stream buffers, property lines and the trees you want to keep.
